Our growing recruitment company is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join the team As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships and helping us expand our client base. If you have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, we want to hear from you What are the responsibilities of the role? Generating new leads, through proactive business development activities Closing deals and securing new clients for the business Proactively engaging with potential clients through a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events Arranging appointments and attending meetings with prospect clients Building relationships with potential clients Achieving quarterly sales targets Managing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline Confidently engage with businesses of all sizes, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each organization Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams to secure a place on clients Preferred Supplier Lists (PSL) What ae the requirements for this role? Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment market Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset What’s in it for you?
