We opened our fantastic luxury residential and dementia care home in Whitby in March 2023 and due to rising occupancy, we are now moving on to our next recruitment phase. Weekly hours: 26.25 hours on a 3 on 3 off basis, over a 6 week rota. 2.30pm-10pm
The Role
You will play a key role in providing a high standard of care to our residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Always present a compassionate and professional image.
* Have an NVQ 2, or be willing to work towards it.
* Previous care experience is not a necessity but would be an advantage.
* Be kind, warm and compassionate, with a can-do attitude.
* Be a team player, self-motivated, proactive and flexible.
* Plan and prioritise workloads with an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
