1. provide high-quality medical care to a diverse patient population, including previously unseen / undifferentiated presentations
2. work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care across all stages of life
3. work with patients to develop and agreement clinical management plans, including prescribing in line with local formularies (when appropriate)
4. participate in continual education and peer support activities, including weekly patients of concern meetings, monthly in house education sessions and externally provided Protected Learning Time sessions
5. develop an area of personal interest for the benefit of the GP and our patient population
All of our clinicians are supported by a diverse wider practice team. As a result we strive to keep the administrative workload for clinicians within safe and manageable levels - the majority of incoming letters do not end up on a clinician's desk.
