Job Title: Finance Administrator
We are recruiting for a manufacturing business in Witney, seeking a Finance Administrator to join their accounts team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role is vital within the Accounts environment. The successful candidate will handle confidential internal and client information, exercising discretion at all times.
Main Duties:
1. Complete purchase ledger invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and appropriate authorization before processing.
2. Process purchase ledger payments.
3. Handle new account application forms.
4. Complete sales invoicing daily.
5. Manage banking activities.
6. Maintain the Self-Billing system.
7. Work with petty cash.
8. Prepare bank reconciliations.
9. Assist with VAT return preparation.
10. Support payroll preparation.
Candidate Profile:
We are interested in speaking to candidates with experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger, and general accounts/finance.
