If you’ve worked with forklifts, agricultural, or construction equipment, this could be your next step About this Role As a Field Service Engineer at Dawsongroup, you’ll be on the move, servicing and repairing our growing fleet of forklifts at customer sites across the UK. You’ll be hands-on, solving problems, and keeping businesses running smoothly. Diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and completing routine maintenance. Working on a range of forklifts, including IC engines, brake systems, hydraulics, and electrics. Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Providing excellent service to our long-standing customer base. Keeping up to date with the latest industry training (fully funded). About You You’re a skilled engineer or mechanic who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering great service. You take pride in your work and understand the importance of keeping equipment in top condition. Experience in a similar role – forklift, agricultural, or construction equipment. Strong fault-finding and repair skills – hands-on and practical. Excellent communication – clear, professional, and customer-focused. Highly organised – able to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently. A clean driving licence – highly desirable for this field-based role.
