ACR is collaborating with one of the UK's most recognised Residential Developers on an exciting residential build in Central Hertfordshire. We are currently seeking a talented Assistant Site Manager with experience overseeing the internal elements of an RC frame style project.
The project involves the construction of 100+ residential dwellings with units at various stages of completion. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing similar scale projects and demonstrate proficiency in the following key areas:
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety/ISO procedures
* Collaborating closely with subcontractors to maintain quality control
* Facilitating effective communication and problem-solving within the site delivery team
* Overseeing construction in line with provided specifications and NHBC regulations
* Establishing productive relationships with utility companies for timely connections
* Managing material take-offs, deliveries, and supply chain adherence
* Supporting new employees and fostering teamwork
* Delivering completed projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Conducting subcontractor meetings to ensure project alignment
