Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Quality Manager.
* Working closely with customers, investigating, repairing and resolving their quality issues.
* Creating reports and completing forms, logging non-conforming material, alongside investigation reports, ISIR/PPAP creation.
* Carry out products verification of incoming stock, which will involve some heavy lifting.
* Completing work to finished goods to meet company quality standards and specifications.
* The successful applicant will have the willingness to learn new processes and skills.
Job requirements:
* Fluent in spoken, written and understanding of the English language.
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team, liasing and communicating as appropriate.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication to deliver high standards of work.
* Full driving licence, as travelling to customer sites will be required.
* The position is fulltime, permanent based on a 5-day week, 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday with a half hour unpaid lunch break, 8am-1pm Friday (39 hours).
