The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading market appraisals, developing a successful Lettings business, and managing Landlords on a daily basis. For the right person, this is an exciting opportunity to establish and grow a residential business under a prestigious brand.Due to an internal move, they have instructed GKR International to find a Lettings Manager to join their Central London team. Key Responsibilities Secure instructions within agreed guidelines to meet business targets. Oversee all outstanding financial matters related to client transactions. Lead and inspire a team of negotiators to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain a strong presence in the market to generate introductions to potential clients. Develop and implement business strategies in collaboration with the Sub-Divisional Head. Ensure efficient administrative processes and adherence to best practices. Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. Conduct thorough research and present findings professionally in written reports. Build and nurture client relationships, maintaining confidentiality and trust at all times. Take responsibility for delegated management tasks. Candidate info- £40,000-£45,000 basic salary- Office over ride- Quarterly and Annual Bonuses- Monday to Friday with minimal weekend working required
