Description Senior Finance Assistant Accounts Payable and Receivable Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately and efficiently. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Manage customer invoices and payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. Financial Reporting and Month-End Close Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and prepayments. Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes. Produce and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making. Budgeting and Forecasting Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Monitor budget performance, highlighting variances and providing insights. Profile A successful Senior Finance Assistant should have: A degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional qualification such as AAT Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
