What you’ll be doing: We are looking to recruit a Strategic OD Business Partner to play a key role in driving the success of the organisation's strategy by cultivating strategic relationships across business functions. You will be partnering with Executive Directors and leadership teams to develop forward-thinking people strategies that align with and support the delivery of functional business plans, while ensuring alignment with the organisation's broader goals over the short, medium, and long term. The role involves proactively assessing and enhancing business performance, with a focus on the effective execution of the workforce strategy and initiatives that support the council’s recovery efforts.
