Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the delivery of facilities services for the Oldham and Rochdale Schools contract.
2. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and KPIs to meet the needs of our client.
3. Driving an interdependent Health & Safety culture across all services and fostering excellent client relationships.
Qualifications:
1. Proven management experience within facilities services (both in-house and outsourced).
2. PFI Experience is essential.
3. Strong budgetary management and financial oversight, including P&L control.
4. Thorough understanding of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality assurance systems.
