About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Tax function, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and solutions to our clients in the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tax compliance and advisory services using resource from a shared service team or via technology tools.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of taxation, with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues.
* Collaborate with senior managers, Directors, and Partners to ensure effective delivery of services to clients.
* Identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to clients.
* Lead complex projects and provide guidance to junior team members.
* Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and identify potential risks to the Firm.
Requirements
* Education to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
* Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.
* Ability to work proactively, managing own tasks, and collaborating with others.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
