Marketing Manager – Luxury Travel
This leading luxury tour operator based in Surrey is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team, ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a varied position. Salary up to circa £50k, office based in Surrey.
Marketing Manager – Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, and offline channels for both trade and direct markets.
* Oversee email marketing activities, ensuring engagement and performance.
* Manage the company’s digital presence, including the development of a new corporate website.
* Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance social media presence and engagement.
* Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive trade sales to all destinations.
* Create compelling digital content across websites, blogs, social media, and email.
* Produce brochures alongside the Product Manager.
* Keep abreast of key trends and innovations within luxury travel marketing.
Marketing Manager – Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role with travel sector experience beneficial but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
* Proven success in growing social media engagement.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Professional certifications in digital marketing tools would be advantageous.
