Our client, a global leader in hot food preparation technology for professional kitchens, is seeking a talented Regional Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. About the Role: As a Regional Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and generating new business prospects for our client. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and providing essential support to the Field Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales or marketing background, particularly in B2B environments, and offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with both local and global teams. The position involves outbound communication, lead generation, and managing leads via tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. You will be expected to create and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns, host webinars, and track and report on the progress of leads throughout the sales cycle. Basic Salary of £28,000 plus expected commissions and bonuses up to an extra £5k Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through outbound communication (telephone, email, messaging), and support the Field Sales Team with event invitations and post-sales nurturing. Qualify leads and update CRM system (Salesforce) with new information, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns including email messaging, journey development, and calling campaigns. Ensure timely follow-up on leads from various sources, such as trade shows and online demonstrations. Track and report on activities and marketing campaigns using Salesforce reports and Dashboards, as well as Marketing Cloud. Organize and host online webinars, manage follow-up activities, and ensure leads are nurtured down the sales path. Support lead nurturing and webinar registration targets. Adapt and implement central marketing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Practical Background: At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing with a proven track record in lead generation and closing sales. Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Teams) and experience running webinars. Experience implementing and tracking marketing campaigns. A B2B background is highly beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud. A culinary or hospitality background is ideal, with an understanding of food trends and professional kitchen environments. Personal Qualities: Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an outgoing and personable nature. A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
