Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the company’s marketing function, from strategy through to implementation and will also be responsible for organising events that can make a difference for the company's success. You will be passionate about marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies to promote our products & services. Key Responsibilities: Editing and proofreading copy for the website, collaterals Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website materials, etc) Developing email marketing campaigns from brief to delivery Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance Executing, monitoring and evaluating marketing activities, providing accurate reporting and post-campaign analysis Maintaining the contact database (CRM); ensuring it is clean and up-to-date Assist in the organisation of the company's participation in exhibitions and events: Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts Social Media – Content Creation, Posting and Growth of Network Newsletter / Blog creation Partner Agent PR – Creating content to send to increase engagement / share messages Assist with identifying new partner agents Customer Prospecting – Digital and Letter Campaigns Any other duties as may be reasonably required Required Experience: A level standard education or equivalent work experience Relevant Degree Required Skills: Strong communication skills Good numerical and analytical skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills High level planning and organising skills Good presentation skills Strong organisational and reporting skills Strong computer skills (intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Ideally knowledge of PPC and SEO
