We are looking for a Supervisor for our Client Coordinator team based in Gateshead; this is a full-time and permanent position.
The Supervisor of Client Coordination supervises a team of Client Coordinators. This role ensures projects remain on schedule and on budget and adjusts schedules and resourcing as needed. The Supervisor – Client Coordination resolves the most complex project coordination problems by identifying innovative solutions. This position maintains client relationships by ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serves as the second-level contact on current projects for client and Client Growth teams and ensures timely responses.
2. Attends client meetings as needed; serves as a Subject Matter Expert regarding project processes, capacity, timelines, etc., and ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables.
3. Leads the adaption of processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc., and ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and maintained.
4. Works with the client, Client Growth, and project teams to resolve identified project process issues. Assists with the translation of client requests and requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams.
5. Conducts audits of project details and supporting evidence to ensure accurate and timely invoices are generated.
6. Assists with the escalation of new data item requests utilizing the Master Data Management (MDM) process and guidelines as needed.
7. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains, and develops team.
8. Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous Coordination or Marketing experience; or equivalent combination.
2. Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
3. High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
4. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, & planning skills.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
6. Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
7. Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation.
8. Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
