The Role: As a Mortgage Case Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for clients from the mortgage offer stage to completion. Your responsibilities will focus on effective phone-based relationship management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring all parties involved are kept informed and supported throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients, primarily via phone and email. Act as the first point of contact for all queries related to mortgage applications. Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence. Manage and liaise with Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and case progression. Work closely with the underwriting and risk teams to ensure all mortgage conditions and requirements are met. Escalate any issues to the Line Manager for discussion and resolution when necessary. Requirements: Experience in the financial or conveyancing industry is desirable, but relevant office experience will also be considered. Exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on phone-based interactions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in data entry and administrative processes.
