We are pleased to be partnering with an innovative London based events company seeking an important new hire within their Leadership team as they take their brand from strength to strength.\n\nSales & Commercial Director\n\nOverview of Role:\n\nThis pivotal new senior leadership position involves working closely with the founders and directors, as well as the wider sales teams, to create and implement sustainable sales and growth strategies.\n\nThe role includes overseeing sales and commercial reports, managing complex tender processes, and leading the end-to-end sales process.\n\nCore Accountabilities:\n\nGrowth & Sales Strategy:\n\nDeliver sustainable growth and sales strategies.\n\nDevelop business in new markets and identify growth opportunities.\n\nDrive innovation, technology, and sustainability.\n\nCollaborate with partner sales teams and the finance director.\n\nCreate commercial deal structures and develop consultant relationships.\n\nAttend board meetings and gather market intelligence.\n\nEnsure a people-first culture.\n\nSales & Commercial Management:\n\nImpliment and manage CRM system and sales pipeline.\n\nDevelop key prospects and senior client relationships.\n\nIdentify additional revenue streams and partnership opportunities.\n\nOversee contracting processes and manage commercial risk.\n\nNegotiate with clients and prospects.\n\nWork with account and project managers to identify opportunities.\n\nKnowledge/Experience/Skills - Essential:\n\nKnowledge of selling food & beverage / contracted services within music, entertainment, hospitality, or sports industries.\n\nProven track record of winning larger scale contracts.\n\nExperience leading sales and/or commercial strategy.\n\nTarget-focused and able to manage the end-to-end sales process.\n\nSuperb management and organisational skills.\n\nAbility to handle pressures and conflicting work priorities.\n\nDevelopment and delivery of sales strategy.\n\nExpert negotiating skills, risk management, and relationship management.\n\nPreferred:\n\nPrevious experience in a start-up business.\n\nSolid industry networks and contacts in tje relevant fields.\n\nIf this role is of interest, please apply today or contact
