We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our sales and customer service team. You will be focused on providing exceptional support to our English-speaking clients, helping them with product advice, handling enquiries, and driving sales through excellent customer service. This is a dynamic role where you will learn about our products and industry, and work closely with our vibrant and collaborative team. Please note: this role cannot be performed remotely. We do not sponsor visas. Role Responsibility Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls and emails, providing high-quality assistance to our customers. Sales Focus: Drive sales by following up on customer leads and delivering comprehensive product knowledge. Product Information: Offer detailed guidance on product specifications, check prices and availability, and process customer orders efficiently. Compliance: Finalise payments and perform compliance tasks related to customer onboarding and transactions. After-Sales Care: Take ownership of after-sales support, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction. Administration: Carry out various administrative duties, including record-keeping and updating systems. Support: Provide assistance to other teams as needed, contributing to the overall success of the company. The Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to generating business. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge, helping you offer tailored solutions to clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude, thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
