We seek an enthusiastic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our esteemed team at Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive shall spearhead digital marketing initiatives to enhance the hotels online presence, thereby maximising bookings, revenue, and brand prominence.
This role necessitates the management and optimisation of website content, implementation of SEO strategies, oversight of paid media campaigns, and in-depth analysis of eCommerce performance. The successful candidate shall work in close collaboration with regional and hotel teams to support commercial strategies, ensuring optimal utilisation of digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the hotels commercial objectives.
* Collaborate with the sales, revenue and operations teams to support promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for growth.
Brand & Content Management:
* Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Hiltons brand standards and messaging.
* Create compelling content for digital and print platforms, including the hotel website, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
* Oversee photography, videography, and other creative assets for promotional use.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
* Manage the hotel's online presence, including website updates, SEO, PPC campaigns, and email marketing.
* Develop and implement social media content strategies to enhance engagement and increase follower growth.
* Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Partnerships & Public Relations:
* Foster relationships with media representatives, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
* Develop PR campaigns and press releases to promote hotel events, offers, and achievements.
* Identify collaborative opportunities with local businesses, tourism boards, and corporate clients.
Event Promotion & Campaign Management:
* Support the sales team in promoting MICE and F&B offerings.
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns for special events, holidays, and seasonal activations.
* Track and assess campaign success, providing reports and recommendations for enhancement.
What are we looking for?
An Assistant maintenance manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Experience: Degree level or equivalent with digital marketing experience (2-year minimum)
Skills:
* A strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and email marketing software.
* A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing strategies.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Preferred: Prior experience with Hilton brand standards and marketing platforms is highly preferred.
