Quantity Surveyor - House Builder Sector Location: Northampton Salary: £50,000-£60,000 Contract type: Full Time Permanent Working hours: 40 Hours a Week Monday - Friday About the role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Director and Contracts Managers by providing clear financial visibility of contract performances. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial control of each project, ensuring budgets are managed, risks are flagged, and opportunities for margin enhancement are identified. Requirements Full financial management and control of multiple contracts, including budgets, cost control, and cash flow forecasting. Prepare and submit monthly applications, including stage payments, final accounts, and administering high profile client contracts. Ensure compliance with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, and identify risks and opportunities within contracts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, collaborating with Contracts Managers and Accounts Teams to achieve financial targets and ensure repeat business. Why join us?
