Key Responsibilities:
Transition to Sales: If you're coming from a commissioning role, this is your chance to use your technical knowledge and skills to move into a sales-focused position.
Customer & Supplier Liaison: Confidently engage with customers and suppliers, evaluate inquiries, and calculate labor and material costs using our BMS Selection Software to create accurate quotations.
Tender Documentation Management: Read and interpret project specifications, layout & schematic drawings to manage tender documentation effectively.
Site Visits: Conduct occasional site visits (1-2 times per month) to assess project needs and build stronger customer relationships.
Bonus Structure: Earn bonuses based on the conversion of your quotations into successful sales.
Experience
Background in BMS (Building Management Systems) is ideal, but we will also consider candidates with experience in Fire Alarms, HVAC, Electrical Contracting, or similar technical sectors.
Commercially astute, proactive, and customer-focused.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Desire to grow and succeed within a fast-paced sales environment
