About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to support the Governance and Executive Support Manager and the Executive Team in ensuring the smooth running of the Trident Board.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Governance and Executive Support Manager and the Executive Team
* Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documents
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including board papers and meeting minutes
* Support the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
