Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £30,795– £32,795 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in allowance)
Working Hour: Full-time, permanent
Number of Sleeps Required: Included in salary
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
* Experience in Years: Ideally experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential
* Employment Type: Permanent
