This role will focus on supporting national security projects, advising clients, and driving security, fire, and safety efficiencies. Develop and sustain strong relationships with the client, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment. Drive industry-best standards and proactively adapt security measures to meet key performance goals. Conduct in-depth Security Risk Assessments (SRAs) and implement risk mitigation strategies. Oversee the production of Management Information (MI) reports and ensure business assurance and compliance checks. Lead and support capital projects, minor works, and business-as-usual (BAU) premises security initiatives. Serve as an incident response and security expert, providing on-call support as needed. Collaborate with regional security managers, local suppliers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless security operations. Identify and implement cost-saving efficiencies while improving operational effectiveness. Manage a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a security operations role. In-depth knowledge of physical security, including technical security systems, security risk assessments, financial sector compliance, and incident response. Experience in line management, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate commercial and operational benefits to clients. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Proficiency in IT systems and security management software. Desirable Requirements: Formal Management Qualifications or industry-specific certifications. Experience in training and developing staff. Background in highly regulated environments such as banking, finance, or corporate security.
