Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Driver Labourer to join our Repairs team.
What you’ll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to provide general driver labourer duties, whilst occasionally providing general back-up labouring duties to the Repairs and Voids teams.
Key responsibilities include:
To plan, co-ordinate and undertake delivery of materials and operatives to and from sites for larger and one-off projects.
To support the team in meeting service standards and Key Performance Indicators; maximising internal team output and minimising budget expenditure with external contractors.
To provide general back up labouring duties to the responsive jobbing repairs and voids teams for occupied and void properties, including commercial work.
To accurately and efficiently use Raven’s on- line scheduling system and hand held devices.
What you’ll bring to Raven:
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
Ability to use modern communication technology and IT.
Ability to build rapport with residents and customers in order to resolve customer queries and issues.
Experience of successful positive team work with colleagues and contractors
A full, clean driving licence with knowledge of how to use a Sat Nav.
You will also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively, and caring about making things better.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
