About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Programmer with strong experience in C#, AWS, and GCP to join a growing team building an innovative rhythm-based mobile game. In this role, you’ll develop robust backend systems to support exciting game features, from real-time gameplay to social sharing and personalized music integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
2. Integrate server-side logic with frontend applications
3. Optimize applications for performance and scalability
4. Implement robust security and data protection measures
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain clean, efficient code
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and frontend engineers
7. Participate in code reviews and help evolve best practices
8. Stay informed on new technologies and backend architecture trends
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Backend Programmer
2. Proficient in C# and backend service architecture
3. Experience working with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
4. Understanding of backend scaling, CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, and security
5. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
6. Excellent communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
1. Prior experience in the gaming industry
2. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployment
3. Familiarity with microservices architecture
