This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a newly established bid manager role designed to drive growth and long-term success. Reporting to the Head of Client Development this role will be responsible for:
* Take ownership of producing high-quality, impactful bids and proposals for priority projects, collaborating closely with the global business development team.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure bids are client-focused, customized, and positioned for success.
* Build and manage a library of best practice resources, including templates, visuals, and guidelines to be used firm wide.
* Lead the collection and sharing of feedback on bids, analysing outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement across the organization.
