Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Morgan Hunt is recruiting Maintenance Operatives for immediate start within a large organisation in Falkirk.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a handy person role or working alongside trades operatives, with recent experience in grounds maintenance, painting & decorating, and general building maintenance.
Your main responsibilities will include working alongside trades operatives to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Competence in using hand tools
Applicants must hold a disclosure or be willing to obtain one.
The role offers 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
