We are now seeking an experienced, positive and solution focused individual to join our dynamic team as E-Commerce Manager within our Web & Digital Team
Developing and executing e-commerce strategy (online store and app) in alignment with overall business goals
Continually monitor website and app performance metrics and customer data to inform strategic decisions and optimise user experience including generation of reports and accurate presentation of data
Optimising website search engine performance (SEO) to drive traffic
Managing and updating the online store, ensuring that the layout, positioning, and offer is aligned with best practice and customer behaviour and preferences
Management of 3rd Party Stakeholders including Web Agency and App Provider
Execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google & Meta Ads and email marketing, to drive traffic and boost sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and project management, to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Proven experience in e-commerce management of at least 3-5 years - preferably Fashion & Streetwear
Excellent understanding of web design, web analysis, and SEO
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Google and Meta Ads and analytics tools for performance tracking
Strong project management skills to ensure timely execution of initiatives - with effective communication throughout
Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or demonstratable relevant workplace experience/development
Professional certifications in digital marketing, e-commerce, or project management, such as Certified E-commerce Professional (CEP) or Google Analytics Certification are advantageous.
Skills in CRM software, development and digital marketing tools and techniques are highly desirable.
