I am working with a Devon based maintenance contractor to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join the team in Exeter. Your role will be to carry out responsive maintenance repairs within occupied properties.
Duties will include:
* Plumbing repairs
* Finding and fixing leaks
* Replacing showers
* Weekly and monthly PPM checks
* Unblocking sinks and toilets
* Carpentry
* Painting
You will need:
* A qualification in plumbing
* To be multi skilled
* CSCS card – desirable
* Experience working within a similar role
* Clean driving licence
* Own tools
