Your Role:
As a Social Worker within the Children in Our Care team, you will:
12. Build and maintain relationships with children and young people to support their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.
13. Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children and young people you support.
14. Maintain clear, accurate records, ensuring that all statutory duties are met in line with current legislation and best practice.
15. Participate in reflective practice sessions and use supervision to continually develop your skills and confidence.
