An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resource Administrator to join a leading organization on an 18-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, offering the chance to gain valuable, hands-on HR experience. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR operations, including: Supporting the employee life cycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and offboarding processes. Managing the Tensor clocking system for updates to annual leave, flexi-time, sickness, and holiday requests. Generating and analysing data trends related to employee absence and appraisals. Contributing to global HR projects, including data entry into systems such as Workday. Assisting with payroll preparation by delivering detailed, accurate, and timely payroll notes to the Finance team.
