Job Description Join us for your placement year in summer 2025 Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community. This role will be part of our fast-paced Marketing department. You will work predominantly in our Loyalty and Campaigns team, working on our B2B Loyalty programme. Within this team you’ll get the chance to work across a range of different campaigns, with your main project to maintain our e-commerce store. This is a fast-paced and ever-changing role; no two days will be the same. In this role, you will be responsible for: You will report into the Customer Loyalty & Campaigns manager and your main tasks will include: • Responsible for all stock management of our B2B loyalty offering and our internal store. • Supplier management – weekly and monthly catch ups with all suppliers. • Key contact for any order queries from both internal stakeholders and loyalty members. • Monthly reporting on all store items – reporting on the quick moving items and raising when you see new trends emerging with products. • Financial reporting – monthly financial reporting for our internal finance department. • Shop campaigns – coming up with ideas for seasonal shop campaigns, including national campaigns such as Black Friday. • Photo-shoot support for any shop photography needed. • Maintenance of store to also include regularly reviewing and updating the messaging on the store to ensure its continuously current and up-to date. • You will also need to be on hand to support our loyalty customer service team at busy periods too, both via the phone and emails.
