Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (08:30 – 15:30)
Availability: Full Time
Pay: Starting at £90 per day (with potential to rise)
Are you a patient, compassionate, and committed individual looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
We’re seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive school environment in Boston, Lincolnshire. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils access learning, develop life skills, and build confidence in and out of the classroom.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN
* Assisting with learning activities, emotional regulation, and daily routines
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans
* Offering encouragement and creating a safe, supportive space for learning
* Supporting with personal care, when required
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
* A caring, adaptable, and reliable approach to supporting young learners
* Full-time availability during term time
* A willingness to support pupils with personal care needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
