PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Residential Groundworks Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to Join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role with be covering sites across Cambridgeshire.
Contracts Manager Roles and Responsibilities
* Organise projects to be delivered safely, within budget and to agreed standards.
* Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.
* Provide assistance to enable the company to comply with statutory safety and environmental requirements as well as our own policies.
* Priorities workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned.
* Attend site meetings with client, and sub-contractors, produce accurately recorded minutes.
* Working closely with the Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.
* Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with the current legislation.
* Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation
Contracts Manager Requirements
* Experience working as a Contracts Manager across Residential Groundworks Projects
* Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
* Up to date Qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.)
* Up to date knowledge of working Health and Safety regulations
* Full UK Valid Driving Licence

* Salary - 80,000 - 100,000 DOE
