You will act as an internal subject matter expert providing an enabling business support role, partnering with parks to drive applications and conversion, and adding administration support. As a trusted recruiter, supporting and having oversight of local and national resourcing plans you will be supporting various activity for us to be able to create and engage a talent pool/pipeline of talent relevant to the business areas and our future needs. You will be expected to be able to travel to our parks or our offices in Hemel Hempstead regularly, so a full driving licence is a must-have. We welcome applications from anywhere in UK as we support hybrid working but the role would be ideal if you are based on the East coast. Your Opportunity: To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by: - Uploading and advertising vacancies to our internal recruitment system - Leveraging relationships with operational leaders and the insight you gain from their Parks to guide and support resourcing campaigns and strategies to ensure adequate resource which will enable the parks to operate and provide excellent guest experiences. - Proactively sourcing candidates via the use of databases and CV search websites introducing them into park/role pipeline. - Managing and maintaining Bourne Leisure's applicant tracking/recruitment system. (Cornerstone) - Provide regular and adhoc feedback/reports on recruitment activity progress, contribute to standard reporting on recruitment metrics. - Being involved in ad-hoc recruitment project work such as embedding D&I initiatives across the recruitment process to support achievement of our company's D&I strategic goals.
