Seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced IT support for users across multiple locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, performing installations, and resolving network connectivity problems. The role also involves collaboration with the Service Desk, IT teams, and vendors to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware/software issues. Install and configure IT systems. Respond to user incidents via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution. Support device management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune. Assist with network troubleshooting and hardware replacement. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for IT solutions. Qualifications: 3-5 years of enterprise-level desktop support experience. Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune. Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation. Experience with scripting (Batch, PowerShell).
