Payroll Administrator (12 Month FTC) Part Time (30 hours: Monday-Friday) Salary: £23,946 Onsite for the first month, then hybrid 2 days on site and 3 days WFH We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee pay details within the ADP payroll system. Responsibilities: Payroll Administrator Input payroll data into the ADP system accurately, including salary amendments, changes to working hours, overtime, bonuses etc. Collate, review and process employee timesheets and attendance records directly in ADP. Ensure all payroll transactions comply with applicable regulations and company policies. Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure proper documentation of all processes. Respond to employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ADP specialists to resolve system errors or issues flagged during payroll runs. Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations whenever required.Qualifications & Skills: Payroll Administrator Previous experience in a Payroll administration role. Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and a solid understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements, preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel. Ability to accurately process large volumes of data in a timely manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle and process sensitive employee data confidentially.
