With 138 spacious bedrooms, the hotel is located just 3.7 miles from Gatwick Airport and five minutes from Manor Royal business park.
Guests can revel in fresh décor, power showers and individual air conditioning as they unwind on new Hypnos king-size beds with flat-screen TVs. The hotel’s meeting space has the capacity for up to 25 delegates theatre style and boasts upgraded facilities including new lighting and AV equipment. The hotel also offers an onsite bar showing the latest Sky Sports.
Job Description
We are looking for a Guest Services Assistant to support and complete the day-to-day tasks of the departmental operations. You will be an approachable and friendly people person with the willingness to support and maintain a close relationship with residents throughout their stay.
This role is a multi-tasking position, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met.

Role in our Family
As a Guest Services Assistant, key responsibilities include:
* Operating the premises (24hr)
* Ensuring the set up of the buffet system in the restaurant area for mealtimes for residents
* Adhering to Food Safety and Hygiene practices
* Clearing/sanitising tables in the restaurant and reception area
* Maintaining cleanliness in the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office, staff room, and outside areas
* Dealing with resident queries in a polite and friendly manner
* Recording all complaints, comments, and special requests in the daily handover log
* Clearly communicating with other departments to ensure minimal impact on resident service
