Mission
We are looking for our Maintenance Manager (M/W) for our plant in Camberley. Reporting to the Site Director, you are the technical expert of the factory when it comes to maintenance issues.
As Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and facilities by implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs, overseeing emergency repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime while maintaining detailed maintenance schedules to ensure operational continuity.
The role also involves managing spare parts inventory, optimizing maintenance processes for efficiency, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and KPIs.
Managing the maintenance budget, you ensure cost-effective resource allocation and timely procurement of necessary parts. Compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and environmental regulations is also a key priority, along with conducting regular inspections.
Additionally, you supervise external service providers, ensuring the effective negotiation and execution of contracts.
Profile
With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, you have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in food manufacturing or facility operations.
With strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and facility systems and familiarity with engineering and maintenance management software, you have a solid understanding of Quality and Food Safety principles, as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, which is highly advantageous.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to solve complex maintenance issues effectively. Your communication and interpersonal skills enable you to coordinate, motivate, and develop staff.
