General Details: Permanent / Full-time role Day Shifts: Rota based - various shifts £15.85 per hour 36 hours per week Location: Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire As a Care Team Leader in this residential care home, you will work alongside the Chief Operations Officer and Registered Manager to support the efficient running of Heath Lodge. Duties include (but not limited to): Implement Care Plans from residents first day and ensure all relevant risk assessment are completed and kept up to date. Support management with overall organisation of daily tasks and delegate tasks fairly and appropriately to junior staff (as directed by management). Report and lead in case of emergencies i.e., sudden Death, Safeguarding, Accident at Work, Complaints. Medication Administration including monthly ordering of medications and weekly auditing of medication - including spot checking. Skills and Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years working within the care sector 2 years supervisory experience Good people skills with a caring and compassionate nature Great organisational skills, staying calm under pressure A positive, professional, and proactive approach Experience with creating care plans A confident leader A valid UK driving licence You will be aligned to the organisations Visons and Values.
