What you’ll be doing:
As the Growth & Brand Marketing Director at Noli reporting to the founders of Noli, you’ll lead the charge in scaling our user acquisition strategy and taking our growth to the next level. You’ll be at the heart of the AI boom as we revolutionise the beauty industry. You will be our go-to for Brand as well as our expert Growth Engineer; you'll focus on optimising our acquisition funnel across advertising, signup, activation and conversion.
You’ll have the exciting challenge of building and leading a team that will be expanding rapidly. This is the perfect role for a digital marketing expert who’s ready to continue in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced early stage/startup environment where being hands on in everything is more important than giving orders.

Your Responsibilities:
* Drive user growth initially in the UK, and internationally in the near future: Develop a comprehensive acquisition plan to reach hundreds of thousands of beauty lovers around the world.
* Own & Earned, Activations (PR/Influencers), Meta, Google, CRO, CRM: Explore other channels.
* Defining the brand positioning: Develop content and activation strategy to help Noli meet traction across several growth channels.
* Craft exceptional ad briefs: Dive deep into our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and work to create impactful customer research, ad creative, and testing strategies.
* Build and lead an all-star team: Recruit, lead, and nurture a high-performing, collaborative team of A-players while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Project manage both in-house and agency teams to scale.
* Leverage data: Drive data-driven decision-making and continuously optimise campaign performance to achieve scalable growth.
* Report and forecast weekly: Keep the leadership team informed with insightful data and growth projections.

What Our Ideal Hire Looks Like:
* Location: Must be based in London - Hybrid 3+ days in office.
* Experience: Extensive experience in digital marketing, driving growth in a B2C startup/scale-up.
* Product-Led Growth: Experience working with Product & Marketing in an early stage innovation/service.
* Paid Ads or Own Channels: Recent hands-on experience managing advertising channels.
* Startup Savvy: You’ve been at the heart of rapid growth (<100 people) at an early-stage company.
* Passion for AI: A deep interest in AI and its potential to revolutionise beauty.
* Analytical & Proactive: Data-driven mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
* Collaborative Leader: Proven experience managing in-house teams and working with external agencies.
