An exciting management opportunity within the Radiology administrative and clerical team has become available at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
The Administration Manager will be responsible for the provision of operational and day-to-day management of clerical and administration services within the radiology directorate alongside senior operational and administrative colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to build on existing leadership and management skills.

You will be expected to provide day-to-day operational management of the administrative and clerical staff who work across the areas of Radiology. The areas of responsibility include:
1. Recruitment
2. Staff rota management
3. Appraisals
4. Training
5. Managing attendance
6. Other Human Resources issues
The post holder will also be responsible for assuring National Guidelines associated with diagnostic bookings are met, ensuring efficient and accurate clerical work is carried out by all staff while making recommendations for a more effective delivery of services, and management liaison with GPs, patients, and other hospital staff in respect of radiological investigations.
The post holder will be expected to be available to work at any MTW site as required.
