Data Analyst Leeds | 6-Month Fixed Term Contract | Mainly Office-Based (Hybrid Potential) £45,000 - £55,000 Our client, a well-established organisation based in Leeds, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will initially be predominantly office-based, with the potential to include one day working from home once settled. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a vital role in supporting data processes and contributing to a critical ERP migration project across multiple legal entities. Key Responsibilities General Ledger (GL) TB Mapping and configuration between existing systems such as Sage 200 and Workday. Structure and tagging of Fixed Asset Registers across multiple companies, ensuring thousands of assets and asset classes are reconciled and prepared for upload to Workday. Structure and configuration of Accruals and Prepayments Schedules for tagging and upload into Workday. Develop an in-depth understanding of the Workday system, providing training and support to teams to ensure seamless adoption. Perform Financial Reconciliations, including debtors, creditors, transactions vs ledgers, across multiple legal entities. Data Verification based on business requirements and financial reporting. Offer expertise in P&L and Balance Sheet processes, including Trial Balance analysis. Support GL Mapping across multiple legal entities during ERP migration/implementation. Perform Excel-based data analysis and manipulation to support reporting and system uploads. Provide general support across the wider Beauparc finance function as required. About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Data Analyst with exposure to financial processes and system migrations. Strong analytical skills with experience in General Ledger mapping and reconciliation tasks. High proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), including data manipulation and analysis. Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday or similar platforms. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to reconcile and structure large volumes of data. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train and support wider teams. A proactive and collaborative mindset, with experience supporting multi-entity environments.
