You will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance on social housing (Occupied property) Primarily joiner repairs and maintenance, but will be required to complete other basic repairs in plumbing, decorating, tiling etc Ideally, you will have NVQs or City & Guilds in carpentry/joinery.
