Organisational Development Manager, World-Leading AI Research Organisation - Oxford
Location: Oxford (2 days per week, 3 days from home)
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 + benefits

About the Role:
As the Organisational Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, innovative, and high-performing culture. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent, you’ll lead initiatives that empower the team to thrive and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in AI. Your Responsibilities:
1. Design a Future-Forward Learning & Development Strategy
1. Build and implement a cutting-edge learning and development framework to empower and grow talent.
2. Equip employees with the skills needed to excel in a rapidly evolving field, through all-encompassing L&D initiatives designed to address the specific organisational challenges and opportunities.
3. Implement and run a leadership and behavioural coaching program.
2. Champion Diversity & Inclusion
1. Create and deliver impactful D&I initiatives that foster equity, belonging, and collaboration.
2. Embed inclusivity into every facet of the organisational culture.
3. Promote a culture of psychological safety, innovation and diversity of thought.
3. Drive Cultural Development
1. Spearhead initiatives that cultivate an engaging, dynamic workplace aligned with their mission.
2. Ensure employees feel connected, valued, and inspired.
3. Craft a positive working culture where employees are set up for success.
4. Embed organisational values and help ensure the employees live and breathe them.
5. Drive employee engagement initiatives designed to help this growing business attract and retain the best in-demand talent.
About You:
* Proven track record in designing and executing Learning & Development strategies within technical (software/hardware)/R&D environments/Academia.
* Accomplished in partnering with the senior leadership team to drive new strategic initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* Expertise in managing projects focused on cultural development.
* A veracious learner who takes an active interest in researching the most contemporary methods to enabling, empowering and motivating talent.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
* Experience working in a fast-paced industry.
