Band
* Saturday (midnight to midnight) and any week day after 8pm and before 6am: Time plus 47% for Band 1, Time plus 41% for Band 2, Time plus 35% for Band 3, Time plus 30% for Bands 4-9.
* All time on Sundays and Public Holidays (midnight to midnight): Time plus 94% for Band 1, Time plus 83% for Band 2, Time plus 69% for Band 3, Time plus 60% for Bands 4-9.

Person specification
Education / Qualifications
* Essential criteria: Level 3 Competency based qualification (NVQ/RSA) or equal demonstrable experience.
* Desirable criteria: Level 2 Competency based qualification (NVQ/RSA)
Experience
* Essential criteria: Supervising Staff, Working effectively with word processing or equivalent, spreadsheets and databases, Minuting of complex meetings, Change management.
* Desirable criteria: A patient administration background, Use of clinical EPR systems, Use of office equipment e.g., scanners, fax etc.
Knowledge
* Essential criteria: Managing an information system, Patient confidentiality, The rationale around appraisal and development, Importance of working as part of a team, The Data Protection Act, Use of office equipment.
* Desirable criteria: Use of the PARIS system.
Skills and Abilities
* Essential criteria: Reliability, Punctuality, Flexibility, Excellent time management, Ability to prioritise.
* Desirable criteria: Responsibility over own learning and development.
Other Requirements
* Essential criteria: There is an occasional requirement to travel across the wide footprint of the Trust to attend meetings and events relevant to the role.
