What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a passionate, hardworking and committed teacher to join our exciting team. The successful candidate must be an excellent classroom practitioner. We are proud of our nurturing environment and high standards (in class and out of class), and therefore are looking for someone with the following qualities:
• A strong teaching practitioner who has experience in Key Stage 1 and/or lower Key Stage 2.
• Someone who is committed to doing what it takes to help secure the best outcomes for pupils.
• A team player who enjoys working as part of a strong, supportive group and who thrives on being part of a hard-working environment.
• A commitment to the highest standards of achievement and behaviour.
• Someone who is an excellent communicator, who is committed to building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
All our successful applicants will be expected to embrace life as a ‘primary school’ across two sites (including travelling between sites). Although we are C of E schools, applicants do not need to be of Christian faith; all faiths or no particular religion are welcomed to apply.
