The role is also domestic, health and safety around the house, supporting and encouraging people with cleaning, laundry, gardening; everything we all do to run a smooth household. The role is very personal, supporting in the bathroom/shower and getting dressed, assisting with mobility - this could be using a wheelchair or hoisting. Support to style someone’s hair for an evening out, any health needs, and medication management is also included.
